In order to improve the efficiency and capacity of CITAC email service, the email service will be suspended from August 26 to 27, 2017 (Saturday and Sunday) for the upgrade exercise. Please be informed that both sending and receiving emails will be affected during the period. However, you will receive all emails sent to you during the period on August 28, 2017 once you log back into the email account.

The upgrade exercise will increase your email capacity from 300 MB to 1000 MB free of charge.
