New Block of Canossa Hospital (Caritas)

CITAC is responsible for developing a new Hospital Information System (HIS) for Canossa Hospital. The HIS has been developed and is now under fine tuning for coming UAT and training.

Temporary I.T. Office on the 5th floor of the New Wing, Canossa Hospital

Apart from developing the new HIS to monitor the process of patient information and billing, CITAC is also responsible for setting up the new server room, hardware, I.T. security and network infrastructure of the hospital. All these have been completed in September 2013 and the new server room on the 4th floor of the new block has started to provide partial services.

In order to monitor the daily operations of all the I.T. equipments and the HIS of the hospital, CITAC has set up a temporary office at one of

the ward room on the 5th floor of the new block.
In a near future, CITAC will set up an I.T. team at the hospital to provide day-to-day support to the operations of all I.T. equipments.
