Server problem notification

Dear Clients,

Our server had undergone an unforeseeable and unavoidable technical problem at 9:00 a.m. on 19 November 2011. Our technical team tackled the issue immediately and the service resumed normal operation at 5:30 p.m.

We would try our best to prevent similar situation from happening again and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding.
